Local sources in Takhar province report a dire situation for girls in the region, stating that the Taliban group is forcibly marrying girls as their third or fourth wives. Sources told the Rawyat News Agency on Thursday, May 1st, that Taliban militants, after carrying out these forced marriages, transfer the girls to southern provinces and unknown locations.
