The Taliban’s Deputy Minister of Hajj and Religious Affairs, Maulvi Zar Mohammad Haqqani, warned that religious scholars should not speak out against Mullah Hebatullah, the leader of the Taliban, and the Islamic system. The Deputy Minister of Hajj and Religious Affairs of the Taliban made these remarks on Wednesday, June 4th, at a meeting in Kabul held to support and implement the orders of Mullah Hebatullah.
