A number of residents in the Nahr-e-Shahi district of Balkh province report that individuals affiliated with the Taliban group are being settled in the province under the guise of being refugees. Some Balkh residents, expressing concern to Rawyat News Agency on Thursday, April 24th, said that the people being settled in the province are unfamiliar with the local language and culture.
