Three young men from Baghlan province have been arrested and allegedly tortured by Taliban fighters for the simple act of leaving their homes at night. According to local sources, the incident occurred on the night of Thursday, April 4th, when the men—identified as Akhtar Ahmad, Mahrabuddin, and Aqilullah—were en route to visit a relative around 8 PM in the “Jaryan” village of Guzargah-e-Nur district.
