\nThe head of the National Islamic Movement party, speaking at a meeting of the Turks of Afghanistan held in Ankara, Turkey, emphasized that the Taliban are seriously implementing plans to displace Pashtuns in the northern provinces of Afghanistan.
\nDostum also called on the Taliban to come to the table for direct negotiations in order to end the ongoing conflicts.
